The world stood still as we witnessed the global pandemic taking over the world. Helpless and defenseless. With various Standard Operating Procedures introduced, hoping to prevent spreading, social gathering was discouraged, while the majority of business operations were advised to close.
From days to weeks, months to years, many were struggling to get by. The unfortunate cases of people losing their lives to this battle have constantly been rising that struck grief, sorrow, fear and anger.
Hospitals, a place where we find ourselves safe in the hands of medical experts, became a place of fear, crowded, while medical supplies that quickly ran low. The only thing that we highly relied on between life or death was a piece of mask that protects us from an invisible enemy.
Rather than feeling helpless, We at Ophelia decide to do our part. Although the deeds are small, we hope that with our contribution, we are able to make some differences and manage to help those who are in need. We make it part of our dedication to serve and protect within our capabilities.
We acknowledge that this is not the solution that will cure this pandemic, but we believe prevention is always better than cure. We hope that everyone will always be protected at all times as we will see the end of Covid19.
